Elderly Salem Man Arrested For Aggravated DUI: Police Log

SALEM, NH — Jarrett C. Budd, 27, of Cleveland Hill Road in Brookline, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on Sept. 5, 2017, on six warrants. He was arrested a police headquarters.

Scott T. Murtagh, 45, of Church Street in Sanford, ME, was arrested on a warrant at 8:41 p.m. on Sept. 4, 2017, after police were sent to Coburn Street for a report of a woman being assaulted. A BOLO – “be on the lookout” – report was issued for a vehicle that reportedly left the scene. A second male in the home, however, was arrested on an active warrant out of Seabrook.

Alac W. Tisbert, 29, of Lowell Road in Salem, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2017, for criminal trespass. He was arrested after a disturbance at the home. Yaneisi Labrada, 41, of Tenney Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, hindering apprehension/prosecution, operating without a valid license, and false report to law enforcement. He was arrested on a warrant.

Alan D. Dziob, 36, of Burnham Street in Berlin, CT, was arrested on a fugitive warrant at 9:36 a.m. on Sept. 2, 2017. He was arrested at the Red Roof Inn after police reported that a man without an ID reportedly was attempting to book a room. “He is now outside asking people to rent him a room,” dispatch reported. Police approached the man, who was outside with a dog, and he was arrested.

An overdose was reported on Liberty Street at 5:52 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2017.

Malcom X. Hawkins, 27, of Dover Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, on a warrant after a motor vehicle stop on Broadway. Witnesses reported a vehicle “speeding and all over the road,” after a turn onto Main Street from Route 28.

Dana Alexander, 72, of Laurel Road in Salem, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, speeding – 21-25 mph over 55 limit, and disobeying an officer. Witnesses reported a station wagon “running over curbs” and “speeding up and slowing down.” The vehicle reportedly went through a stop sign and then a red light on Pleasant Street.

Anthony M. Silva, 32, of Laval Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on July 26, 2017, on four counts of theft by deception – less than $1,000, issuing bad checks – less than $1,000-subsequent, issues bad checks - $1,501+, and issuing bad checks – $1,001 to $1,500. He was arrested on a warrant.

Gregory J. Bailey, 31, of Montclair Road in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on July 25, 2017, for credit card fraud – $1,001 to $1,500, theft by deception – $1,001 to $1,500, and 10 counts of forgery. He was arrested on a warrant.
