Caring & Sharing Nov 7 thru Nov 11th Hannaford in Dover

With 20-25 families visiting Dover’s Food Bank daily, now more than ever “Caring & Sharing” is needed.

“Caring & Sharing” begins Thursday, November 7 and runs thru Monday, November 11.   In 2012, thanks to the generosity of area schools, companies and individuals, AM 1270 WTSN and 98.7 The Bay was able to raise over $17,000 and donated 654 cases of food.  Twenty charities were able to provide food for the holidays to thousands in need in our communities.

This year, WTSN AM 1270 and 98.7 The Bay is asking those who can contribute to stop by Hannaford Supermarket on Central Avenue, Dover where the community will fill a C&J passenger bus each day with canned foods.

There are five satellite locations to make donating easier for listeners. Donation drop areas will be designated at Hannaford Dover Fields, Portsmouth, Rochester on North Main and at the Lilac Mall.
