Court Roundup: 2 Accused Of Possession Drugs in Rockingham County Jail
Alabama man accused of perjury during Portsmouth sexual assault trial; Sandown man indicted on reckless conduct, habitual offender charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Paul J. Hickey, 32, of Little Mill Road in Sandown on operating while certified as a habitual offender and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on roads in Brentwood on May 27 at high rates of speed and into oncoming lanes of traffic after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Alfonso Hilario, 57, of Baldwin Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on June 17 in Salem.

John S. Holland, 44, of Whittier Street in Newton Junction on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on March 28.
James Hylie Hutchens, 32, of Debra Avenue in Raymond on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on March 25 in Brentwood.

Natasha Lynn Ingalls, 36, of Parker Street in Manchester on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on May 15.
Robert D. Johansen, 39, of Pelham Road in Methuen, MA, on a possession of meth charge on April 23 in Salem.
Sheena Irene Johnson, 37, of Palm Street in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Windham on Oct. 19, 2021.
Muteba Pierre-Sylvain Kamba, 23, of Louise Avenue in Methuen, MA, on attempted theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check to himself on a First Redd Capital Group account on April 15 in Derry.
Carter Dewayne Kimbrough, 48, of McDermotts Way in Madison, Alabama, on a perjury charge. He was accused of making a false material statement under oath he knew not to be true on Sept. 15 in Brentwood. The case involved two sexual assault charges out of Portsmouth from May 2019. A jury found him not guilty on one charge, while the jury could not reach a verdict on a second alternative theory charge, court records stated. The Rockingham County Superior court will take up the second charge's status at a conference hearing on Nov. 29.
Thomas Dee Long, 56, of Kilkelly Court in Dallas, Georgia, on a felony sex offender-duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to notify Derry police of his employment change between March 19, 2021, and April 22.
