'Dangerous' Prisoner Escapes Police
Ryan Fogg of Seabrook ran away near Exeter Hospital.
Exeter Police are searching for a Seabrook man who somehow escaped police custody with two pairs of handcuffs on.
Police said they are looking for 22-year-old Ryan Fogg, who was wearing a hospital gown after he ran away from police at . He is described as 5'10" tall, with white shoes and a tattoo that reads "BUBBA."
Exeter police established a perimeter around the hospital to try and catch him. About a half-dozen state police cruisers – along with a state police K-9 unit – are currently at Exeter Hospital helping Exeter Police search for the man. A helicopter has also reportedly been called in to assist with the search.

According to emergency radio broadcasts, police said Fogg is considered dangerous. Residents are being urged to lock their doors.
He was last spotted running behind the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Hampton Falls Road, and police are staging there.

Anyone with information on Fogg is asked to call Exeter police at 603-772-1212.
In May, Fogg was arrested in Salisbury on a pair of warrants, according to the Newburyport Daily News.
