Derry Man Arrested by Sheriffs on Threat, Vandalism Charges

Habitual offender ordered arrested by a judge, man in prison arrested on violation, and Dunbarton, Raymond men arrested on drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Peter J. Malcuit Jr., 27, a homeless man, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of Buprenorphine charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for shoplifting.

Justin P. Jones, 30, currently incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 9, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for deferred sentence violation.

Rodney S. Rollins, 42, of Berry Street in Derry, was arrested on Feb. 8, 2017, on two bench warrants – one for criminal threatening and the other for criminal mischief.

Justin M. Sherman, 30, of Mansion Road in Dunbarton, was arrested on Feb. 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Cameron C. McDonald, 27, of Danville Road in Kingston, was arrested on Feb. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an operating while a habitual offender charge.

Richard A. Horton, 37, of Patricia Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Feb. 5, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP New Hope on an original charge of heroin possession.
