Mass. Residents Arrested on Heroin, Theft Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH - Rockingham County Sheriffs arrested the following people:

Richard A. Horton III, 36, of Patricia Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest on violation of probation on a heroin possession charge.

Elvys C. Ruiz, 44, of West Neptune Street in Lynn, MA, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a receiving stolen property charge and failure to appear on a theft by deception charge.

Jason D. Tessier, 40, of Sunland Drive in Hudson, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Brian K. Duguay, 28, of Pinepark in Milton, was arrested on Feb. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a habitual offender and conduct after an accident.

Kevin Lancaster Jr., 35, of Dunbarton Road in Manchester, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2016, for detention stipulations.

Michelle D. Reece, 24, of Merrimack Meadows Lane in Tewksbury, MA, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest VOP on an original charge of heroin possession.

Michael J. Bergeron Jr., 24, of Palmer Road in Candia, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution on a burglary charge.

William S. Grant, 45, of Temple Drive in Rochester, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a cocaine possession charge.

William J. Ranucci, 39, of Court Street in Boston, MA, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant and a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a theft charge.

Jessica K. Shepard, 32, of Central Street in Manchester, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for willful concealment.
