Derry Woman Indicted for Stealing from Windham Nonprofit: Roundup
Auburn woman indicted on ID fraud, other charges, Raymond woman allegedly stole from elderly woman, and alleged Concord burglary indicted.

KINGSTON, NH — The following people were indicted recently by the Rockingham County Superior Court.
Joanne M. Kane, 46, of Appletree Road in Auburn, for identity fraud and attempted theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, as well as false reports to law enforcement, false swearing, and unsworn falsification. In November and December 2015, in Salem, she allegedly used the personal identification of someone else on a pre-release bail questionnaire and attempted to steal closing at the Lord & Taylor. She was previously convicted of receiving stolen property in Rockingham Superior Court in May 2008 and theft in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2011.

Kayla Keith, 29, of Main Street in Springvale, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and use of a mobile electronic device while driving, allegedly on July 8, 2016, in Greenland, after being stopped on I-95 by the New Hampshire State Police.
Keith Kelley, 29, of Sullivan Street in Keene, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, heroin/fentanyl, allegedly on May 9, 2016, in Londonderry.

Lisa Kiezer, 51, of Acre Street in Raymond, for financial exploitation of elderly, disabled, or impaired adult, and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies. Between November 2015 and April 2016, she allegedly used undue influence to take control of the financial resources of an elderly Derry resident. The drug charge was allegedly on April 22, 2016, in Raymond.
Michael Khan, 25, of Beech Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine and delivery of articles prohibited-Buprenorphine, allegedly on Jan. 29, 2016, while an inmate in the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
Christopher King, 26, of North State Street in Concord, for two counts of burglary, three counts of theft by deception, and four counts of receiving stolen property, all felonies. In August 2015, he allegedly burglarized structures in Derry. In September 2016, he allegedly hocked jewelry and coins in Derry. Twice previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft of property.
Tammy Koehler, 41, of Derry Way in Derry, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between January and June 2015, she allegedly stole more than $1,500 in currency from the Youthstorm, a non-profit program in Windham.
