Methuen Woman Arrested for Child Endangerment: Log

Salem Police: Brockton man and Auburn woman arrested for shoplifting; Penacook man arrested for theft.

SALEM, NH - Justin Robinson, 31, of Ames Street in Brockton, MA, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. on April 27, 2016, for willful concealment (two prior convictions). He was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Lowes on South Broadway. Robinson was bailed out on $1,000 cash bail.

Kenneth Hebert, 41, of Snow Street in Penacook, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. on April 27, 2016, for theft by deception (two prior convictions). Officers were sent to the Dunkin’ Donuts on North Broadway for a report of a man at the drive thru reportedly scamming employees for money. “He hid a $20 they had given him, caused a scene stating they didn’t give any money back, so they gave him more,” according to the report. The man left in a gray vehicle with a temporary plate. Police stopped him at the drive-thru at Wendy’s and arrested him. Hebert was held on $2,500 cash bail.

Joanne M. Kane, 45, of Appletree Road in Auburn, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on April 27, 2016, and charged with willful concealment (two prior convictions), false report to law enforcement, two counts of unsworn falsification, and identity fraud. She was arrested on a warrant and was bailed out on $1,500 cash.

Joshua L. Wells, 31, of Dexter Road in Salem, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. on April 27, 2016, for simple assault and a bench warrant out of Concord District Court. He was arrested at home.

Elizabeth Batista, 30, of Center Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 4:12 p.m. on April 26, 2016, for willful concealment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was arrested on a warrant.
