We utilize a multitude of modalities during our customized massage and bodywork sessions to help you relax, recover and rejuvenate through breath and self awareness, Trigger Point and Neuromuscular Therapies, Stretching, Sports and Deep Tissue Therapies, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Circulatory Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Joint Manipulation and Relaxation Therapies.
We offer FULL 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions all include soothing hot towels with the option to add on a Sugar Foot Scrub, Aromatherapy, Hot Rocks Mineral Foot Soak and or Reflexology.
