Exeter Woman Arrested 3 Times In 10 Hours In Hampton: Police Log
Plus: Seabrook man arrested on two DUI charges; Hampton women arrested on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges.

HAMPTON, NH — A 40-year-old Hampton Falls man was taken into protective custody at 7:34 p.m. on Jan. 2 at Cristy’s Pizza on Riverview Terrace after police were sent there for a theft report.
Kayla Ann Poste, 30, of Exeter was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on Jan. 1 on driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-DUI, and suspension of vehicle registration charges after a traffic stop on Route 101 at Lafayette Road. She was arrested again at 1:52 a.m. on Jan. 1 on driving under the influence and driving under the influence-second offense charges after a traffic stop at Ashworth Avenue and N Street. Poste was arrested again at 11:54 a.m. on Jan. 1 on two breach of bail charges. She was arrested at the Nautical Motel on Ashworth Avenue after a request for a police officer was made.

Joshua Michael Murphy, 26, of Seabrook was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2022, on two driving under the influence charges, driving after revocation or suspension, and an open container in a motor vehicle. Also arrested was Yuchel Paingai, 22, of Salisbury, Massachusetts, on criminal mischief and resisting arrest or detention charges. Police said they were taken into protective custody due to alcohol. A 42-year-old man also from Salisbury, MA, was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol, police said. The charges were issued after a traffic stop at 198 Ashworth Avenue.
David J. Macrae, 48, of Hampton was arrested at 11:32 p.m. on Nov. 6 on two warrants. He was arrested after an incident at the Hampton Bay Apartments on Ashworth Avenue and a call for service about a hit-and-run.

Albert J. Borges, 80, of Hampton was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on Nov. 6 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Dearborn Apartments on Dearborn Avenue.
