Exeter Woman Arrested On Assault, Resisting Charges: Hampton Cop Log
Pair arrested on disorderly conduct charges on Dover Ave.; NY woman arrested on assault charge; Seabrook man faces reckless conduct charge.
HAMPTON, NH — Kayla Ann Poste, 30, of Exeter was arrested at 2:42 a.m. on Oct. 30, 2022, on domestic violence-simple assault, violation of a protective order, resisting arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana-three quarter of an ounce or less, and two breach of bail charges as well as a warrant. She was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol, according to police. Poste was arrested after an incident at the Nautical Motel on Ashworth Avenue.
James J. Kudla Jr., 33, of Hampton was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge at 12:10 a.m. on Oct. 30. Also arrested was Cora V. Mendez, 32, of Hampton on simple assault, disorderly conduct, and three resisting arrest or detention charges. They were arrested after an incident on Dover Avenue. Both were also taken into protective custody due to alcohol, according to police.
Viktoria Manera, 55, of Greenwich, New York, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on Oct. 29 on a simple assault charge. She was arrested after an incident at the Casino Ballroom on Ocean Boulevard.

Aaron D. Bergeon, 24, of Seabrook was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Oct. 29 on a reckless conduct-domestic violence charge. He was arrested after an accident on Depot Square on Lafayette Road.
Danny C. Anzaldi Jr., 30, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. on Oct. 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested after an accident at 888 Lafayette Road.

Melisha Otero, 31, of Hooksett was arrested on a bench warrant at 3:52 p.m. on Oct. 28 after an accident at 663 Lafayette Road.
Jason L. Asbury, 43, of Hampton was arrested at 8:04 p.m. on Oct. 27 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after a stop at Winnacunnet Road and Mill Road.
Joseph Ryan Foster, 32, of Newbury, MA, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Oct. 26 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after a report of disorderly conduct at Ashworth Avenue and Fellows Avenue. Foster was taken into protective custody due to alcohol, according to police.
