Hampton Man Arrested Twice in Two Days

Jared Lampassi is facing charges including endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.

SATURDAY, MAY 25

  • 2:27 a.m.: Police investigated a report of suspicious activity on Park Avenue.
  • 10:02 a.m.: Police investigated a report of criminal mischief on 3rd Street.
  • 12:21 p.m.: Police investigated a report of disorderly conduct at the Hampton Harbor Motel on Ashworth Avenue.
  • 12:23 p.m.: Police investigated a report of disorderly conduct at the jetty on Ocean Boulevard.
  • 2:23 p.m.: Police received a report of a hit-and-run accident on Route 101.
  • 3:10 p.m.: Police investigated a report of disorderly conduct at Dunkin' Donuts on Lafayette Road.
  • 7:12 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Towle Avenue at High Street.
  • 11:01 p.m.: Jared Lampassi, 29, of Hampton was charged with simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent.
  • 11:01 p.m.: Chantel Gurley, 21, of Derry was charged with endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent and was taken into protective custody.

SUNDAY, MAY 26

  • 2:36 a.m.: Jared Lampassi, 29, of Hampton was taken into protective custody following a motor vehicle stop on Ashworth Avenue.
  • 2:36 a.m.: Tara M. Hosmer, 32, of Northwood was charged with being a habitual offender.
  • 10:47 a.m.: Jared Lampassi, 29, of Hampton was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
  • 11:29 a.m.: Police investigated a report of suspicious activity on Ocean Boulevard.
  • 11:59 a.m.: David John Fries, 29, of Exeter was arrested on a bench warrant.
  • 2:22 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Exeter Road.
  • 7:35 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident at the State Liquor Store on Interstate 95.
