Hampton Police Arrest Three for DUI

FRIDAY, JAN. 25

• 12:23 a.m.: Police responded to a domestic violence incident at 451 Winnacunnet Road, Apt. 103.
• 4:06 a.m.: James F. Driscoll, 36, of Hudson, was arrested on a warrant in connection to a motor vehicle theft.
• 11:47 a.m.: Theft investigated at Hoaty's.
• 12:04 p.m.: Police were involved in an investigation involving child pornography and 64 Beacon St. in Concord.
• 12:34 p.m.: Theft investigated at 244 Winnacunnet Road.
• 3:02 p.m.: Accident investigated at Foss Manufacturing.
• 4:19 p.m.: Domestic violence incident investigated at 22 Hutchinson Drive.
• 4:47 p.m.: Police were involved in a drug offense-related incident at Stacey Jane's.
• 6:09 p.m.: Domestic violence incident investigated at Emerald Isle Motel. Apt. 15 was involved.
• 7:36 p.m.: Cathryn S. Lutner, 66, of Hampton, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor following a traffic stop on Hutchinson Drive.
• 7:49 p.m.: Gary A. Miles, 59, of Hampton, was placed into protective custody on near the Neil Underwood Memorial Bridge on Ocean Boulevard.
• 8:36 p.m.: Domestic violence incident investigated at 19 M St., Apt. 1.
• 8:50 p.m.: Theft investigated at Emerald Isle Motel. Apt. 15 was involved.
• 11:49 p.m.: John F. Ficone, 63, of Leominster, Mass., was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and an unsafe lane change violation following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and N Street.

SATURDAY, JAN. 26

• 9:51 a.m.: Accident investigated at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and L Street.
• 12:52 p.m.: Susan Jameson, 42, of Rollinsford, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and open container near 151 Winnacunnet Road.
• 2:32 p.m.: Harassment investigated at 9R Boston Ave.
• 3:23 p.m.: Destiny L. DaCosta, 21, of Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant and charged with one count of fugitive from justice and one count of possession of a controlled or narcotic drug following a traffic stop near the intersection of Route 101 and Glade Path.
• 4:55 p.m.: Eric S. Baczewski, 30, of Hampton, was arrested at 10 Evergreen Road on a warrant for one count each of simple assault and vandalism-related criminal mischief.
• 5:37 p.m.: Assault investigated at 45 Ann's Lane.
• 6:28 p.m.: Theft reported at 1 Ash Street.
• 8:35 p.m.: Michael Coffey, 39, of Portsmouth, was arrested on a bench warrant, driving after revocation or suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop near Dunkin' Donuts.
• 9:52 p.m.: Stephanie Ann Tellado, 22, of Amesbury, Mass., was charged wih possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled or narcotic drug, and one-way and rotary violations following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and N Street.
• 10:24 p.m.: Jared Jenkins, 23, of Stratham, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop on Towle Farm Bridge.

SUNDAY, JAN. 27

• 10:33 a.m.: Drug offenses investigated at 951 Ocean Blvd., Apt. 9. 
• 6:25 p.m.: Police investigated an unattended death at 9 G St., Apt. 3.
• 6:40 p.m.: Criminal mischief was investigated at Playland Arcade, located at 211 Ocean Blvd.
• 7:40 p.m.: Domestic violence incident investigated at Emerald Isle Motel. Apt. 25 was involved.
• 8:33 p.m.: Criminal trespassing investigated at Century House Motel. Apt. 21 was involved.
