Mass. Man Indicted On Londonderry Death Resulting Drug Case: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments
Woman indicted for stealing $12K from sports booster program, NY man indicted on murder charges; Derry man accused of firing gun into house.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Christopher Joseph Abott, 39, of Madden Road in Derry, on possession of fentanyl and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies, as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was accused of driving a stolen vehicle on Thornton Street in Derry after being convicted twice before of theft.
Camie Helene Ayotte-Polanco aka Cammie H. Ayotte 47, of Water Street in Derry on two felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender and driving under the influence-third offense and driving after revocation or suspension charges on Chester Road in Derry on Dec. 30, 2025. At the time of the arrest, she was out on bail, according to the indictment.

Sarah Basnett, 43, of Pressey Road in Sandown, on falsifying physical evidence and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, as well as theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000. She was accused of stealing $12,500 from the Timberlane High School baseball booster program on April 1, July 1, Aug. 1, and Aug. 21, 2024, in Plaistow, and altered a TD Bank account statement on July 30, 2025, according to an indictment.
Keith A. Bean, 44, of Grouse Run in Pelham, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Fordway in Derry on Dec. 3, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

James Anthony Bautista, 21, of Meetinghouse Road in Bedford on two felony counts of felonious sexual assault. He was accused of statutory rape in Londonderry on Nov. 11, 2025. Thomas Oliver-Martinez Leonard, 20, of Primrose Lane in Portland, Maine, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies, and a conduct after an accident, aggravated driving under the influence-attempt to elude police, and aggravated DUI-30-plus mph, DUI, and DUI-second offense charges. He was accused of driving a stolen vehicle at a high rate of speed, running a red light and-or driving at high rates of speed and the wrong side of the road in Epping and causing a crash on Nov. 23, 2025.
Daniel J. Lestrade, 40, of Rivers Edge Drive in Medford, Massachusetts, on a sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl-death resulting and sale-dispense of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of selling or dispensing fentanyl, which killed another person on Nov. 13, 2023, in Londonderry.
Jeffrey Li, 19, of Queens, New York, on armed robbery, attempted armed burglary, conspiracy to commit armed burglary, and two second-degree murder charges. He was accused of stabbing on May 19, 2025. Kevin James Lilakos, 60, of Annes Lane in Greenland, on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of holding a knife and telling another person, “I’m going to kill you,” or words to that effect, on April 5, 2025, in Greenland.
Daniel R. Love, 58, of Skylark Drive in Derry, on a felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He was accused of firing a gun in his apartment, causing a bullet to travel into another apartment on Feb. 29, 2024, in Derry.
