Tapping (EFT) is a powerful energy technique used by doctors, psychologists, therapists, chiropractors, hypnotherapists, life coaches, and healing professionals worldwide in conjunction with other healing modalities. It is fast and the results are often dramatic and long lasting. In fact, it often works when nothing else will. It can be very effective on a variety of issues from stress, pain, overwhelm, procrastination, phobias, weight loss, anxiety, and lack of goal attainment.
Tapping (EFT) balances the energy system with gentle tapping on the face and body, which stimulates designated meridian endpoints to increase the flow of energy in your body and enables you to flush the toxins, beliefs, thoughts, habits, and patterns you have adopted throughout your lifetime. The tapping speaks to your unconscious mind freeing up space to allow what you wish to create to replace that energy more consciously.
