Londonderry Man Indicted On Vehicular Assault Charge: Superior Court

Plus: Massachusetts man indicted on Salem theft charge; convicted drug dealer indicted on possession charge; Derry man faces forgery charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Nicole K. Jarrett, 50, of Dover Road in Chichester on tampering with a public-private record and manufacture-possess false ID charges, both misdemeanors. She was accused of tampering with two business credit cards to deceive American Calan Inc. that transactions were legitimate between Jan. 1, 2021, and Feb. 28, and possessing an ID with false information on it on March 10 in Northwood.

Tracey Lynn Jesmer, 33, of West Broadway in Derry on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent charge on April 27 in Brentwood.

Paul Loiselle, 39, of Salt Mead in Hampton on delivery of articles prohibited-lisdexamfetamine charge while an inmate at the Rockingham County House of Corrections on Oct. 8, 2021.

Joseph K. McLaughlin, 63, of Derry on a possession of cocaine charge on March 20 in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an intent to sell drug charge in January 1990 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Donald Wayne Newton, 41, of Pool Street in Biddeford, Maine, on a felony possession of cocaine charge in North Hampton on Dec. 26, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on drug possession in Alfred County Superior Court in Maine in March 2014.

Ethan Nicholson, 21, of Calla Road in Londonderry on felony reckless assault and vehicular assault charges. He was accused of driving on Route 102 at an unreasonable rate of speed, attempting to pass vehicles in a no-passing zone, and contributing to the cause of a collision on Sept. 16, 2021, in Londonderry.

Robert T. St. Onge, 50, of North Main Street in Derry on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check drawn on another person’s bank account for $484 in Derry on May 21, 2021.

Rose M. Parkinson, 40, of Concord on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-buprenorphine charge on Jan. 14 in Salem.

Jay Prvien Patel, 28, of Washington Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items valued at between $1,000 and $1,500 from Home Depot in Salem on April 18.

Anthony John Powers, 43, of William Road in Billerica, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl and driving-operating under the influence of drugs-liquor; driving-operating with-excessive alcohol concentration charges in Candia on Jan. 22.
