Derry, Merrimack Men Indicted On Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Lawrence teen indicted in Salem robbery incident; woman accused of enticing a boy.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Vicki J. Knowles, 39, of Bigs Lane in Seabrook on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of acting in concert with Meaghan Eaton to steal items from Walmart in Seabrook on May 26, 2021, according to the indictment. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Julie A. Lambert, 27, of Wentworth Drive in Bedford on a felony possession of a controlled drug, subsequent, fentanyl charge on May 9, 2019, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of prior offenses.
Paul Loiselle, 39, of Salt Mead in Hampton on felony delivery of articles prohibited. He was accused of possessing buprenorphine while incarcerated in the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood on Oct. 9, 2021.

Christopher Lombard, 43, of Linlew Drive in Derry on second-degree assault-strangulation and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies, as well as two simple assault charges. He was accused of raping, strangling, grabbing, and slapping a woman on Nov. 6, 2021, in Derry.
Gina Mackie, 47, of Willow Road in East Kingston on a felony possession of fentanyl and driving-operating with excess alcohol concentration charges in North Hampton on Oct. 4, 2021.
Elvoris Efrain Mercedes Jr., 18, of Osgood Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on robbery and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of using physical force to steal a Samsung cellphone from another person and then throwing the cellphone in the road to damage it on Feb. 21 in Salem. The motivation for destroying the cellphone, the indictment said, was that it had a photo of a license plate on it.
Jayson C. Miller, 31, of Intervale Road in Canterbury on two receiving stolen property and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of receiving or retaining $6,167.50 and $6,500 to construct a horse fence in Candia on Oct. 8 and Oct. 25, 2021, that was never started or built.
Matthew Montana, 31, of Winnacunnet Road in Hampton on felony possession of fentanyl-subsequent and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges. He was accused of stealing a bottle of Lunazul tequila from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Seabrook on Feb. 22.
Brian Morehouse, 23, of Turkey Hill Road in Merrimack on six felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a woman repeatedly between Aug. 1 and Sept. 30, 2021, in Derry.
Amanda E. Morris, 29, of Hanover Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing two laptops and two speakers from Best Buy in Salem on Dec. 29, 2021.

Brieann Petrowicz, 26, of Tsienneto Road in Derry on a felony possession of child sexual abuse images and two endangering the welfare of a child charges. She was accused of attempting to entice a boy to move to Florida with her for the purposes of engaging in sexual activity on Jan. 15, 2021, sending the boy a video of her pleasuring herself on Feb. 20, 2021, and possessing a child sexual abuse image on March 25, 2021, in Derry.
