Maine Man Indicted On Robbery, Theft, Escape Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court

Candia man indicted on insurance scam charge; man indicted on Greenland indecent exposure charges; Londonderry reckless conduct indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Seth Robert St. Laurent, 32, of Bridge Street in Union on attempted escape, receiving stolen property, two robbery, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. The stolen property charge involved a 2019 Ford truck in Hampton on Aug. 2. St. Laurent was accused of striking another person with the door of the truck while attempting to inflict injury and using force to steal items from Rite Aid in Exeter on Aug. 2. The escape charge was from Aug. 6, after he was accused of being released from the Rockingham County House of Corrections to Exeter Hospital.

Andrew Hans Stockhausen, 25, of Fairway Drive in Merrimack on a possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 6, 2021, in Londonderry.

William G. Swanson, 35, of Green Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving recklessly, in and out of traffic, at speeds of more than 100 mph, on Interstate 93 in Londonderry on March 30.

Ricardo Tejeda, 23, of Chestnut Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of oxycodone charges, both felonies, in Salem on April 1.

Daniel Scott Thurston Jr., 19, of 3rd Street in Claremont on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 101 in Epping on May 15 after being certified a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Brian R. Turgeon, 55, of Island Road in Candia on theft by deception and insurance fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of making false statements to Progressive Insurance about a stolen four-wheeler on Oct. 27, 2012.

Devin J. Tuttle, 29, of Lafluer Drive in New Ipswich on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a motor vehicle in Londonderry on Aug. 3 and placing an intimate partner in danger by yanking on the steering wheel, causing the vehicle to almost collide with another vehicle.

Michael James Watson, 33, of Manchester Street in Manchester on robbery and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of using physical to steal a table saw on Feb. 16, a non-metallic cable on March 21, and a vacuum on May 31 at Lowe’s in Salem. According to the indictment, he was convicted twice before on theft charges.

James E. Wheeler Jr., 54, of Kings Highway in Eliot, Maine, on three felony indecent exposure and lewdness charges. He was accused of pleasuring himself in front of a woman and a girl in the parking lot of Target in Greenland on May 23. According to the indictment, he was convicted of indecent exposure and lewdness in Portsmouth District Court in September 2020.

Kevin Scott White, 54, of Weare Road in Seabrook on two felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. He was accused of using a vehicle as a deadly weapon and driving close to or crashing into another vehicle placing two others in danger of serious bodily injury on March 13 in Danville.
