Portsmouth Woman Indicted On Burglary, Strangulation Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Lowell man indicted on Hampton first-degree assault incident; woman accused of striking Exeter man in the head with a bottle while driving.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Andrew D. Scheiner, 40, of Main Avenue in South Hampton on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman in Epping on Sept. 5.
Amy Lee Shikrallah, 45, of Court Street in Portsmouth on burglary and second-degree assault-strangulation charges. She was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Court Street in Portsmouth and strangling another person on July 18.

Melissa M. Singelais, 36, of West Diane Drive in Keene on second-degree assault-domestic violence and two reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, all felonies. She was accused of striking a man in the head with a bottle while he was driving and placing the man and a passenger in danger on July 30 in Exeter.
Kenneth Michael Smith, 51, of Main Street in Epping on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was accused of driving on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth on May 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Melissa Ann Soiles, 35, of Mass. Avenue in Boston, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 8, 2021, in Salem.
Kevin Sok, 29, of Sundeen Parkway in Raymond on an attempted theft by unauthorized taking and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing iPhones from Walmart Distribution Center in Raymond, where he was employed, on April 24; removing iPhones on April 25, and attempting to leave with iPhones on April 28.
Christopher Speed, 27, of 1st Street in Lowell, MA, on two felony counts of first-degree assault and two felony counts of second-degree assault as well as two simple assault charges. He was accused of kicking or stomping two others in the head and neck while the people were on the ground, causing severe injury with indifference to the value of human life, in Hampton on July 4.
Andrew Hans Stockhausen, 25, of Fairway Drive in Merrimack on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 6, 2021, in Londonderry.
William G. Swanson, 35, of Green Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Londonderry at excessive speeds, in and out of traffic, while putting others in danger on March 30.
