Maine Woman Accused Of Threatening To Blow Up Seacoast Walmart: Superior Court Roundup
Hampton teen indicted on drug dealing charges; woman indicted on stolen van, weapon charges; man indicted on strangulation, other charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Meghan Leigh Leavitt, 39, of Layman Way in Alfred, Maine, on false report of explosives and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening to blow up Walmart in Seabrook on March 18.
Elizabeth Caitlin Lennon, 40, of Fenton Avenue in Laconia on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Oct. 14, 2022, in Salem.

Jonathan M. Lepage, 34, of Back Road in Sanford, ME, on possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, and two delivery of articles prohibited charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on July 8, 2021.
Griffin MacQuade, 19, of R. Gill Street in Hampton on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense, fentanyl and cocaine, charges, between Sept. 1, and Sept. 30, 2022, in Hampton.

Brittany A. Manzo, 35, of Sixth Street in Auburn, ME, on theft by unauthorized taking, receiving stolen property, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving dangerously — speeding, swerving, and driving across lanes in Portsmouth, in a 2005 Ford Econoline van stolen out of Salem on Feb. 24.
Dennis R. Marcotte Jr., 54, of Route 125 in Kingston on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person in Kingston on Dec. 9, 2022.
Darrell Charles Moore, 36, of Moores Lane in Seabrook on possession of alprazolam, possession of buprenorphine, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing drugs and a dagger in Seabrook on Nov. 24, 2022. Moore is a felon due to drug, burglary, and infernal machine possession charges in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2018.
Derek Nason, 36, of Blaine Street in Manchester on tampering with witnesses and informants, domestic violence-criminal restraint with a deadly weapon, domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, and two second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and threatening to stab her with a metal fork on March 12 in Exeter. Four days later, he was accused of attempting to get the victim to “not talk to anybody,” to tell the police “nothing happened,” and that she was “lying,” or words to that effect.
