Seabrook Man Indicted On Attempted Murder, Other Charges: Rockingham County Roundup

Plus, Plaistow residents indicted on drug charges, Mass. man indicted for forgery, and alleged Seabrook burglary also indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Bethany Maffe, 21, lower right, of Meadowview Drive in Plaistow, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, Buprenorphine, Lorazepam allegedly on April 19, 2017, in Plaistow.

Colin Mainella, 27, of Collins Court in Plaistow, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, marijuana allegedly on March 11, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Bradford Maker, 39, with a last known address of Indian Valley Road in Pelham, for felony theft by unauthorized taking and resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident at the Lowe’s in Salem. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft. Gregory Mayo, 57, of Flagg Road in Rochester, for felony sale of marijuana allegedly on April 20, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Theron Mayo, 42, of Snow Pond Road in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on May 19, 2017, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2016.

Fred McKenzie, 45, of Autumn Way in Seabrook, for attempted murder, four counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence, domestic violence, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon-domestic violence as well as two counts of criminal threatening and six counts of domestic violence. The charges stem from alleged violent assaults including strangulation against a woman on June 7, 2017, in Seabrook.

Wallace Miller, 38, of South Main Street in Seabrook, for felony habitual offender and disobeying an officer allegedly on I-95 in Greenland on March 24, 2017.

Darrell C. Moore, 30, of Moores Lane in Seabrook, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, possession of an infernal machine, and two counts of burglary, all felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension. The drug charges stem from alleged incidents in Seabrook on April 5, and May 3, 2017. The infernal machine – an explosive device – charge stems from an alleged incident on May 4, in Seabrook. The burglaries allegedly occurred on Nashville Street and Railroad Avenue in Seabrook.

Michael Munroe, 34, lower left, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for assaults by prisoners for allegedly striking another man while inside of the Rockingham County House of Corrections on May 30, 2017, in Brentwood.

Chaz Nealy, 30, of Cliff Street in Waterbury, CT, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin, crack cocaine with intent to dispense and accomplice reckless conduct, all felonies, allegedly on April 28, 2017, in Greenland.

Soloteh Nkem, 21, lower center, of Worcester Street in West Boylston, MA, for felony forgery for allegedly drawing a check on a company’s account on Nov. 18, 2016, in Hampton.
