Massachusetts Man Arrested On Reckless Operation Charge: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Brian Edward Maguire, 33, of Seabrook was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2022, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. He was arrested after a suspicious activity call at Q Street and Ocean Boulevard.

Linda A. Durant, 32, of Barrington was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on Nov. 26 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges. She was arrested after a traffic stop at Church and Francis streets.

Jason A. Demello, 40, of Hampton was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on Nov. 25 on driving after revocation or suspension-second offense and suspension of vehicle registration charges. He was arrested after a stop on Drakeside Road.

Robert J. Searle, 62, of Merrimac, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on Nov. 25 on a warrant as well as reckless operation and disobeying an officer charges. He was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.

A 22-year-old Bridgewater, MA, man was taken into protective custody after an incident at 12:21 a.m. on Nov. 25 after a domestic incident on Gale Road.

Christopher Stephen Lund Jr., 21, of Plaistow was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on Nov. 24 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after a traffic stop at 333 Ocean Boulevard.

A 63-year-old man from Salisbury, MA, was taken into protective custody at 12:10 a.m. after an incident on N Street.
