Mass. Woman Arrested on Numerous Theft Charges
Plus, alleged Lawrence heroin dealer fails to appear; Manchester man charged with escape, theft.

Elisha Lynn Branchi, 27, of Loring Street in Framingham, MA, was arrested on Jan. 26, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment on receiving stolen property and theft by deception charges. She was also arrested for three counts of theft by deception and receiving stolen property charges.
Barbara Anne Emilio, 39, of First Street in Exeter, was arrested on Jan. 26, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a burglary charge.
Amy Meattey, 30, of Douglass Way in Exeter, was arrested on Jan. 26, for failure to appear at the arraignment of possession of crack cocaine and receiving stolen property charges.

Michael Anthony Meucci, 33, of Cypress Street in Salem, was arrested on Jan. 28, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge and a burglary charge.
Lucas Omar Rios, 37, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Jan. 29, for failure to appear at heroin possession and possession of 5 grams of heroin with intent to distribute charges.

Dennis Adam Wrenn, 47, of Village Road in Tyngsborough, MA, was arrested on Jan. 29, for contempt capias marital non-support.
Tyler Robert Beliveau, 27, of Maple Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 29, on escape and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from a motor vehicle charges.
Shawn Patrick Burke, 43, of Dow Road in Seabrook, was arrested on Jan. 30, for a judge’s order to arrest, civil violation court order.
