Massachusetts Teen Arrested On DUI, Other Charges: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Jack W. Gillis, 21, of Stratham was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on July 23, 2023, on a simple assault charge. He was charged after a report of disorderly conduct at the Ocean Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue intersection.

Renato Sanchez Del Carpio, 38, of Manchester was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on July 23 on possession of a controlled drug, simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after a report of disorderly conduct on L Street.

A 38-year-old from Salisbury, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody at 10:50 p.m. on July 22 after a disorderly conduct incident at Ocean Boulevard and K Street.

Robert Williams, 55, of Onset, MA, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. on July 22 on a resisting arrest or detention charge. He was arrested after a report of disorderly conduct on L Street. Williams was taken into protective custody due to alcohol, according to police.

Spelios John Rally, 57, of Hampton was arrested at 4:56 p.m. on July 22 on a driving under the influence charge and an open container violation. He was arrested after an incident at High Street and Hobbs Road.

A 52-year-old Fort Lauderdale, Florida, man was taken into protective custody at 1:54 p.m. on July 22 due to alcohol after a report of disorderly conduct on J Street.

Clifford P. Bissonnette, 66, of Hampton was arrested at 6:28 a.m. on July 22 on four endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was arrested on a warrant on Edgewood Drive.

Jenna-Leigh Montoni, 34, of Salem, MA, was cited at 11:41 p.m. on July 21 on a possession of marijuana; three-quarters of an ounce or less; first or second offense violation after an incident at 144 Ashworth Avenue.

Madison Jacques, 19, of Salisbury, MA, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. on July 21 on transport alcohol by a minor, unlawful possession-intoxication, and two driving under the influence charges. Also arrested was Colby Trofatter, 19, and Cassandra Coady, 19, both of Salisbury, MA, both on unlawful possession-intoxication charges. They were all charged after an incident at 449 Ocean Boulevard.

Charles E. Fox, 47, of Salisbury, MA, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge at 9:27 p.m. on July 21 after an incident at Funarama on Ocean Boulevard.

At 12:41 p.m. on July 21, a 39-year-old woman from Hampton was taken into protective custody.

A 43-year-old Newfields man was taken into protective custody, due to alcohol, at 1:28 a.m. on July 21 after a disorderly conduct incident on Ocean Boulevard.

Thomas Reams Porter, 43, of Rindge was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on July 21 on driving under the influence and DUI-second offense charges. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Nudd Avenue.
