Massachusetts Woman Arrested After Rollover On Interstate 95 In New Hampshire
Samantha Famolare of Peabody, MA, was accused by state police of having a suspended license and rolling her pickup in Seabrook on Sunday.

SEABROOK, NH — A woman from Massachusetts was arrested on charges after being accused of rolling her pickup truck on the southbound side of Interstate 95 Sunday.
Around 3 a.m., troopers were called to Seabrook, near the Massachusetts border, for a crash report. Witnesses stated the driver of a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling south when her truck left the highway, struck a guardrail, and rolled. When it stopped rolling, it was in an upright position in the center media between guardrail assemblies, Amber Lagace, a public information officer for state police, said.
The driver, Samantha Famolare, 30, of Peabody, MA, was taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, she said.

“Although all aspects of the crash remain under investigation,” Lagace said, “troopers identified excessive speed and operator inattention as potential factors.”
Troopers determined Famolare’s operator’s license was suspended, and she was charged with reckless driving and operating after revocation or suspension. She was released from the hospital and is due in Hampton District Court on Dec. 22.

Lagace said the crash caused “significant damage” to one guardrail assembly and a large debris field. The New Hampshire Department of Transportation was requested to assess the damage.
The New England Truck Center was also requested to remove the truck due to its “limited accessibility” for a normal tow rig, a report stated.
The left lane of the highway was closed for about an hour during the removal and debris cleanup, Lagace said.
All aspects of the collision remain under investigation. Anyone with information about the crash was asked to contact Trooper Galvin at Stephen.M.Galvin@dos.nh.gov or Trooper Vetter at Cameron.S.Vetter@dos.nh.gov or by calling the New Hampshire State Police Headquarters Communications Unit at 603-223-4381.
