Local business leaders from the Hampton area want the redesign to showcase the Seacoast, while courts have allowed the contentious selection process to move forward.

Hampton gets a nod as Select Board chair Carleigh Beriont finished third in that Democratic primary, while nearby South Hampton and Hampton Falls figure into key state Senate races that will shape Seacoast representation.
