Local Woman Elected as Leader of Chase Home
Chris McCarthy, of North Hampton, was named chairwoman of the board.
At the November meeting of the Board of Directors of the Chase Home for Children in Portsmouth, Chris McCarthy, of North Hampton, was elected chairwoman of the board.
McCarthy has served on the Chase board for several years. She replaces Michael Moody, who has served as chairman since 2006.
McCarthy is a CASA Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in Rockingham County. She is also a freelance writer for area publications and Patch.com.
