Newmarket Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Hampton man indicted on cop assault, threat charges; man accused of driving vehicle after Salem thefts; Londonderry strangulation charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Chloe Scarlet English, 25, of Partridge Green Way in Rochester on two felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. She was accused of speeding and failing to stop at a red light with a passenger in her vehicle and at a police officer who had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit on July 23 in Portsmouth.
Abdourahman Houssein Farah, 26, of Cedar Avenue South in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining control over a Hyundai tractor-trailer owned by Land Air Express without paying for it on July 11 in Londonderry.

Raymond J. Fay, 58, of Eaton Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on three accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of driving the getaway vehicle while aiding Amanda Morris in stealing two laptops from Best Buy in Salem on Dec. 29, 2021, and Domingo Schmidt who stole two laptops from Best Buy in Salem on Dec. 28, and Dec. 30, 2021, the indictment claimed.
Daniel Gagnon, 58, of Hamilton Drive in Epping on second-degree assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting a child twice between June 1, 2021, and June 6 in Epping and giving the child a sexually transmitted disease.

Jeffrey A. Gaudette, 30, of Broad Street in Lynn, MA, on forgery and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a counterfeit $20 bill and ripping a $20 bill into smaller pieces, and throwing it away to impair an investigation on June 18 in Salem.
Joshua F. Gilbert, 43, of Elm Street in Newmarket on six aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a child between May 30, 2013, and May 29, 2015, in Newmarket.
Samuel T. Goodman, 25, of Exeter Road in Hampton on extended term of imprisonment-simple assault and extended term of imprisonment-criminal mischief charges. He was accused of assaulting one Hampton police officer and threatening another on June 24 in Hampton.
Ludwig Lubert Haken Jr., 37, of Oak Drive in Londonderry on two second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice on March 7 in Londonderry.
Crystal Hansen, 36, of Friar Truck Lane in Nottingham on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing seven checks belonging to two other people between March 27, 2021, and March 27 in Nottingham.
Norman W. Hanson, 63, of Thornell Road in Newton on robbery and criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a handgun at another person on March 7 in Kingston and stating, “Give me all your money,” or words to that effect.
