Elderly Seabrook Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Roundup
Exeter woman indicted on 4th DUI charge; Chester man indicted on child sex abuse charges; NY woman indicted in counterfeit Air Pods scam.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Philip Q. Osgood, 71, of South Main Street in Seabrook on aggravated felonious sexual assault and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl over her clothing and attempted under her clothing on March 8 in Seabrook.
Johariel Stybehn Quezadaa Cordero, 18, of Swan Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking and conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. On Jan 9, while acting in concert with another 18-year-old, he drove away from Richard Drive in Londonderry with a car.

David Scott Rivard, 34, of Wing Street in Lisbon Falls, Maine, on possession of crack cocaine and two possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, on April 3, in Portsmouth. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Lewiston District Court in December 2014 and of unlawfully trafficking of scheduled drugs in Androscoggin County Superior Court in March 2012.
Domingo Schmidt, 49, of Marsh Street in Lowell, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and attempted theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, as well as a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, and simple assault charges. The theft charge concerns three laptops stolen from Best Buy in Salem on Dec. 28, 2021. The attempted theft charge stems from attempting to run out of Best Buy on Dec. 30, 2021, in Salem with two laptops. Schmidt was accused of stealing a generator from BJ’s on Dec. 30, 2021, in Salem and shoving another person on Dec. 30, 2021, in Salem.

Robson Silva, 23, of Mullen Avenue in Quincy, MA, on forgery and theft by deception charges. On Jan. 18, in Londonderry, Silva was accused of exercising control of more than $1,500 owned by Stead Properties by uttering a fraudulent check.
Patrick George Stitt, 48, of Middle Route in Belmont on a felony possession of meth charge in Windham on May 6, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on possession in Belknap County Superior Court in June 2019.
John Milton Taft Jr., 69, of Cottage Street in Old Orchard Beach, ME, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2004 Mazda B-4000 truck in Newington on May 3 that another person owned.
Michael Steven Taliadoros, 28, of Kristen Drive in Derry on felony falsifying physical evidence and simple assault-extended term of imprisonment charges. He was accused of destroying a glass pipe to impair an investigation and striking a Derry police sergeant in the face and-or eye on April 7 in Derry.
Brian C. Ward, 43, of Beechwood Court in Atkinson on unlawful interference with a fire alarm apparatus and criminal mischief charges, both felonies, as well as breach of bail. He was accused of damaging a chandelier and smashing a fire alarm between Feb. 23 or Feb. 24 in Atkinson while out on bail.
Cody Weber, 29, of Haverhill Road in Chester on falsifying physical evidence, indecent exposure and lewdness, manufacture of child sexual abuse images, and possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing child pornography on Jan. 26, creating a video of child on Dec. 27, 2021, and sharing a video of him pleasuring himself to a child on Dec. 27, 2021, and throwing a laptop into a dumpster between Jan. 9 and Jan. 26 to impede an investigation in Chester.
Destinee L. Welch, 36, of Route 27 in Raymond on a felony forgery charge. She was accused of attempting to defraud Candia First Stoppe by presenting a check she knew was counterfeit on Oct. 29, 2021, in Candia.
David Michael Wheeler, 59, of Deerfield Road in Derry on a felony reckless conduct-firearm charge. He was accused of discharging an HK 9 mm pistol while attempting to “dry fire” it causing a bullet to hit another person’s vehicle between Oct. 20, and Oct. 21, 2021, in Derry.
Keisha A. Wilson, 47, of Bay 32nd Place in Far Rockaway, New York, on two attempted theft by deception charges and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. On March 9 in Seabrook, she was accused of attempting to return counterfeit Apple Air Pods in exchange for cash at Walmart with a receipt from a New Jersey store; on Feb. 22, she was accused of returning counterfeit Apple Air Pods in exchange for $1,255.88 to the Walmart in Portsmouth and the Walmart in Newington; and between Feb. 22 and. March 9, attempted to return multiple units of Apple Air Pods in all three stores. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges in Virginia.
Ryan C. Woods, 32, of North Spring Street in Concord on possession of fentanyl-subsequent and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Seabrook on Nov. 12, 2021, after twice before being convicted of theft. Previously, according to the indictment, he has also been convicted on drug charges.
