NH Man Fails to Appear at Probation Hearing on Child Sex Charge: Sheriffs

Plus, Mass. residents arrested on drug, shoplifting charges while a Danville man reportedly failse to appear at an arraignment.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department.

Louis P. Jones Jr., 42, of Strathmore Road in Methuen, MA, was arrested on April 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Jonathan S. Martin, 34, of South State Road in Quincy, MA, was arrested on April 3, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of shoplifting and a warrant out of Seabrook for three counts of willful concealment.

Brad E. Lizotte, 52, pictured in this file photo, of Manor Road in Penacook, was arrested on March 30, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the probation hearing of an original charge of soliciting a child for sexual conduct.

Byrne, 29, of Susan Street in Danville, was arrested on March 30, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of methadone, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in small claims court in Derry, and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at small claims court in Nashua.

David C. O’Connor Jr., 33, of Humphreys Street in Dorchester, MA, was arrested on March 28, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of heroin possession, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft, and a bench warrant issued by Salem District Court on a receiving stolen property charge.
