Convicted Concord Child Sex Solicitor Arrested on Sex Offender Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Stephen R. Mann, 63, of McKee Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 15, 2016, on five counts of child pornography after alleged incidents on McKee Drive.

Brad E. Lizotte, 51, of Manor Road in Penacook, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2016, for charge of address; duty to inform and change of registration information; duty to inform.

Brent M. Warren, 31, of Perley Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:42 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at home.

Stefanie M. Rossi, 31, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 8:29 a.m. on Nov. 16, 2016, for conduct after an accident. The alleged incident occurred on Sylvester Street with the U.S. Postal Service being the victim in the case.

Kayla R. Watt, 25, of Rex Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. on Nov. 16, 2016, for issuing bad checks allegedly against Rymes Heating and Oil.

Kyle Bell, 20, of Clough Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on Nov. 16, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after an alleged incident on South Street.

Dana A. Bigl, 43, of Albin Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:40 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, second-degree assault, domestic violence-assault, and criminal mischief. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Albin Street.

Musa Badjie, 30, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident on Loudon Road.

Jivan D. Agoubi, 27, of Heritage Drive in Allenstown, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2016, for bail jumping.

Jacqueline S. Butler, 54, of Ellen Brook Drive in Hillsboro, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
