Michael Ellis, 22, of Haverhill, MA, was wanted on warrants out of the Bay State for two counts of armed robbery and two counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon. Ellis surrendered to police on June 8, 2017, at around 8 p.m., after about a six-hour standoff with a SWAT team.
