NH State Troopers Arrest 4 During ‘DWI Saturation Patrol’
The arrests on Friday included two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges and a driver accused of driving 115 mph on Interstate 95.

SEABROOK, NH — A “DWI saturation patrol” in southern Rockingham County on Friday led to more than 100 motor vehicle stops by both the New Hampshire State Police and Seabrook police officers.
Troopers and officers patrolled Interstate 95 and other locations during the initiative which resulted in 97 warnings, 11 citations for motor vehicle infractions, and four arrests, according to Lt. Keith Walker of Troop A.
Two were arrested for drunken driving — Jolie Szczeback, 37, of Ludlow, Massachusetts, was arrested on aggravated DWI-passenger under 16 and DWI-second offense charges while Jonathan Dobson, 36, of Manchester was arrested on an aggravated DWI-0.16 BrAC or greater charge. They were both processed and released on personal recognizance bail and are due in Hampton District Court on Aug. 12.

A 17-year-old was arrested on a drug offense and released, pending a future appearance in court, according to Walker.
Lubens Figaro, 29, of Everett, MA, was arrested on a reckless operation charge, accused of driving 115 mph on Interstate 95, Walker said. He was processed and released on a summons and is due in Hampton District Court on Sept. 23.
