North Chelmsford Man Arrested On Strangulation Charge: Hampton Cop Log

HAMPTON, NH — Thomas B. Gonsalves, 53, of North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 2, 2022, on second-degree assault-strangulation and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on C Street.
Dustin Ryan Spencer, 28, of Scottsville, Virginia, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. on Oct. 2 on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest charges. He was arrested after an incident at the L Street Tavern after a report of a theft investigation.
A 37-year-old man was taken into protective custody due to drugs at 12:23 a.m. on Oct. 2 after an incident on Barbour Road.

Conor William Allyn, 22, of Hampton was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 1 on two possession of controlled drug-subsequent charges as well as loitering or prowling and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after a disorderly conduct call to a municipal parking lot on High Street.
Jeremy P. Trest, 40, of Hampton was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 1 on driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and transporting-carrying-possessing-having liquor charges. He was arrested on Route 101 near Landing Road. A 31-year-old woman from Methuen, MA, was also taken into protective custody due to intoxication.

Nicholas Thompson, 20, of Dayton, Maine, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on Oct. 1 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge. Benjamin Carboni-Bourassa, 22, of Derry was charged with prohibited sales of alcohol and open container charges. They were arrested after police were sent to center parking for a report of suspicious activity.
Jaycen Edward Pickering, 18, of Portsmouth was arrested at 4:31 p.m. on Sept. 30 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 4 Corners and Mill Road.
Sean Miller, 28, of Hampton was arrested at 12:54 p.m. on Sept. 30 on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+ charge. He was arrested after an incident on Ashworth Avenue.
