Milford Woman Indicted On Child Second-Degree Assault Charge

Plus, alleged Hudson burglar indicted, and Nashua residents, Hampton teen, and Freemont man indicted on drug charge, Manchester.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Jonathan A. Moore, 28, upper right, of Edgar Court in Hudson, on three counts of burglary and receiving stolen property charges, both felony, for allegedly burglarizing homes on Ashland Street, Berkeley Street, and South Main Street, in Nashua, and Silver Lake Road in Hollis, in October, November, and December 2017, and January 2018, as well as retaining jewelry that he knew was probably stolen.

Conor Allyn, 18, of Kings Highway in Hampton, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Xanax allegedly on Jan. 16, 2018, in Nashua.

Brittney Bellino, 24, lower left, of Powers Street in Milford, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly rubbing and/or striking a girl’s face against a cement floor causing an abrasion in 2016, in Nashua, as well as controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin allegedly on Feb. 1, 2018, in Nashua.

Joshua Benoit, 21, lower middle, of Main Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and falsifying physical evidence - allegedly discarding two bags of cocaine believing that an investigation was about to be instituted – on Jan. 11, 2018, in Nashua.

Richard Bergskaug, 41, of Golfview Road in Manchester, for reckless conduct-domestic violence and domestic violence, both felonies, for allegedly driving a vehicle at an intimate partner on Dec. 24, 2017, in Milford.

Michael Brooks, 62, lower right, of Main Street in Freemont, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on Nov. 26, 2017, in Merrimack.

Suzanne Brown, 48, of Prospect Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxymorphone allegedly on Jan. 23, 2018, in Hudson.
