Pizzeria's 'Community Mondays' Gaining Steam
With the first two months in the book, the Community Oven eyes one of its biggest charity events.

recently announced the first two months of its event-filled fundraising campaign to support local charities raised nearly $5,000.
Shane Pine, owner of the , said $2,800 was raised for through a series of July events and $1,600 was raised for in August as a part of the program, dubbed "."
As a part of the monthly "Community Mondays" program, one local nonprofit, charity or cause is selected as the entity supported by an entire month's worth of Monday night events, giveaways and raffles.

Amy's Treat, a nonprofit that assists patients of the Seacoast Cancer Center in Dover, is the featured cause for September, and among the special events planned this month include a on Monday, Sept. 17.
Proceeds from food orders on Sept. 17 as well as money raised by raffles featuring autographed memorabilia and other baseball prizes will help Amy's Treat assist patients undergoing expensive medical treatments.
