​Rhode Island Man Arrested On Theft Charge: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Joanne T. Gozzo, 31, of Billerica, MA, and Sasha M. Spitorleri, 21, of Billerica, MA, were charged at 9:31 p.m. on July 2, 2017, with open container at the state beach on F Street and Ocean Boulevard.

Marissa L. Bathurst, 19, of Linden, PA, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on July 2, 2017, for unlawful possession of alcohol and false report to law enforcement. Also charged were Matthew D. Hooper, 21, of Bow, and Daniel Jackson, 21, of Loudon, on an open container charge each. They were charged at the state main beach on B Street on Ocean Boulevard.

Coleetho L. Desir, 28, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for driving under the influence. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard and State Park Road.

Lindsay Borges, 31, of Southborough, MA, received a summons at 10:55 p.m. on July 1, 2017, for possession of fireworks at the state main beach on J Street and Ocean Boulevard.

Kenneth Goodnow, 22, of Hubbardston, MA, and Robert Mazzola, 24, of North Reading, MA, each received a summons at 7 p.m. on July 1, 2017, for open container allegedly on the main beach on D Street and Ocean Boulevard.

Kyle Fitzgerald, 25, of Livermore, ME, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on July 1, 2017, on two counts of driving under the influence, open container, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Also charged was Douglas Hilton, 21, of Dover, for open container in a motor vehicle. Hey were charged on Ocean Boulevard near Ashcore after a traffic stop.

Jonathan M. Arndt, 59, of Hampton Falls, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on June 30, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Sagina A. Siccone, 24, of Hampton, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on June 29, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and two warrants. Also charged was Dennis J. Croteau Jr., 50, of Hampton Falls, for taxi cab license required. They were charged on Route 101 at Landing Road after a traffic stop.

Stephen Wood, 26, of Riverside, RI, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on June 28, 2017, for theft. He was arrested on Ocean Boulevard and K Street.
