NHSP Make Reckless Driving, Other Arrests

CONCORD, NH — Two men were arrested earlier this week for allegedly speeding on Route 101. Joseph Cintron, 21, pictured right, of Boston, MA, and Steven Malonson, 22, of Nashua, were arrested on July 4, 2017, on a single count of reckless operation each. According to state police, at around 2 p.m. on the Fourth of July, Clinton was allegedly tracked driving a Suzuki motorcycle at 107 mph in a 65 zone. About an hour later, Malonson was allegedly tracked driving 118 mph in a 65 zone in a 2005 Volvo S40. They are both due in court on Oct. 11.

Bradley Mattson, unknown age, of Hampton, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on June 29, 2017, for reckless operation and alcohol interlock not in the motor vehicle. He was arrested on Route 1 South in Greenland.

Kyla Hennis, 40, of Hampton, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on June 29, 2017, for disorderly conduct and improper person operating a vehicle on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton.

Joshua Perkins, 32, of Barrington, was arrested at 10 p.m. on June 27, 2017, for conduct after an accident and false report. He was arrested on Hunter Lane in Madbury.

George Theriault, 60, of Danvers, MA, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on June 25, 2017, for aggravated DUI (0.16+) and DUI in Hampton.

Eric Grenier, 44, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for DUI, felony habitual offender, driving after revocation or suspension, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled drug, and operating without a valid license. He was arrested on Route 101 West in Epping.

Mark Paquin, 37, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on Route 101 West in Epping.

Thomas MacQueen, 23, of Madbury, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on June 24, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 North in Portsmouth near Exit 1.

Rachel St. Laurent, 49, of Hampton, was arrested at 10 p.m. on June 23, 2017, for DUI and driving after revocation or suspension on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton.

Michael Patterson, 41, of Deerfield, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on June 23, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer on I-95 in North Hampton.

Matthew Bakutis, 25, of West Nottingham, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on June 21, 2017, for DUI, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, open container, yellow/solid line violation, and speeding 21-25 over 55 mph on Route 101 in Hampton.

Ryan Shipp, 22, of Beverly, MA, was arrested for DUI and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle at 10:50 a.m. on June 21, 2017, on I-95 South in Seabrook.

James Delyani, 27, of North Hampton, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on June 20, 2017, for DUI, possession of a controlled drug, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, breach of bail, and inhaling toxic vapors for effect. He was arrested on Liberty Lane near Route 27 in Hampton.

Sagina Siccone, 24, of Hampton, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on June 18, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton.

Roarke Hess, 28, of Seabrook, was arrested for resisting arrest or detention on Depot Road in Hampton Falls at 7:16 p.m. on June 17, 2017.

Jacqueline Lacrosse, 35, of Epping, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. on June 16, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration on Route 101 East near Exit 5 in Raymond.

John Sullivan, 57, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on June 29, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-293 in Manchester.

Angel Caballery, 27, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on June 28, 2017, for operating without a valid license at the Bedford tolls on the Everett Turnpike.

Stephen Pearl, 56, of Warner, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on June 27, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and open container. He was arrested on I-293 North in Bedford.

Kristopher Butler, 26, in Manchester, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on June 27, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled drug on I-93 North in Windham.

Tiffinie Portinari, 37, of Merrimack, was arrested for felony habitual offender on I-293 in Manchester at 10:45 a.m. on June 26, 2017.

Mejia Milton Segarra, 39, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on June 26, 2017, for DUI on I-93 North in Windham.

Samuel Wanjiru, 32, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on June 26, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike North near Exit 1 in Nashua.

Michael Dober, 18, of Newton, MA, was arrested at 8:33 a.m. on June 25, 2017, for DUI, open container, unlawful possession/intoxication, and manufacturing/possession a false government ID. He was arrested on I-89 North in Hopkinton.

Thomas Wesoja, 25, of Concord, was arrested for domestic violence-simple assault at 5:30 p.m. on June 24, 2017, on White Plains Road in Webster.

Joshua Vannostrand, 36, of Warner, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on June 24, 2017, on three counts of domestic violence-simple assault and three counts of simple assault. He was arrested on Pleasant Street in Warner.

Gary Greiner, 43, of Chelmsford, MA, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. on June 24, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and disobeying an officer. He was arrested on I-93 North in Concord.

Jason Freitas, 20, of Woburn, MA, was arrested at 12:08 p.m. on June 22, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug on I-93 North in New Hampton.

Randal Gilbert, 29, of Concord, was taken into protective custody at 3:12 a.m. on June 22, 2017, at the state hospital campus in Concord.

Nicholas Tristaino, 36, in Webster, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on June 20, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault on Clothespin Bridge Road in Webster.

Matthew Livingston, 31, of Webster, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on June 28, 2017, for DUI and DUI adult greater than 0.08 on Route 25 in Moultonborough.

Timothy Horsman, 49, of Center Conway, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. on June 27, 2017, for DUI and two counts of possession of a controlled drug on Route 16 in Tamworth.

Raymond Smith, 24, of Andover, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on June 27, 2017, for DUI, DUI adult greater than 0.08, DUI-second or third, possession of a controlled drug, open container, and carrying or selling weapons. He was arrested on Rout 16 in Albany.

Peter Fullerton, 60, of West Ossipee, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for DUI on Junction Old Mill Street in Ossipee.

Lexus Menzies, 20, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on June 23, 2017, for transporting alcohol by a minor on Route 16 in Tamworth.

A 17-year-old juvenile from Brighton, MA, was arrested at 7:31 p.m. on June 23, 2017, for operating without a valid license and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Route 16 in Tamworth.

Daniel Plourde, 31, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on June 21, 2017, of possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested on Route 16 in Tamworth.

Cheryl Gonzalo, 49, in Franklin, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on June 18, 2017, for DUI on Route 104 in New Hampton.

Roger Hemenway, 46, of Rutland, VT, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on June 18, 2017, for DUI second or third on Route 3 in Laconia.

Michael Larocque, 53, of Derry, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on June 17, 2017, for DUI on Route 104 in New Hampton.
