Sandown Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charge: Court Roundup

Plus: Rape, strangulation charges indictment in Londonderry; Derry man indicted on distribution and possession of child sexual abuse images.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Ryan S. Scott, 33, of Hickory Drive in Derry on second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling and raping an intimate partner in Londonderry on March 24, 2022.

James Matthew Trantham, 55, of Ashworth Avenue in Hampton on violation of a protective order and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 11, 2022, in Hampton, and violating a protective order between Oct. 14, and Oct. 15, 2022, in Hampton after being convicted of violation of a protective order in April 2018 in Ayer MA District Court.

Josh Ryan Trudeau, 25, of English Range Road in Derry on distribution of child sexual abuse images and possession of child sexual abuse images charges, both felonies, both video files on Feb. 11, 2022, in Derry.

Tiffany Marie Vincent, 43, of Vinton Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and possession of meth, both felonies, on July 22, 2022, in Salem. According to the indictment, she was convicted on a prior drug charge.

Edward T. Ward, 47, of Snow Lane in Sandown on negligent homicide and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of failing to stop his motor vehicle at a high rate of speed and rear-ending another vehicle in Seabrook on April 4, 2022, causing the death of another person.

Jacob Riley Zagranis, 20, of Juniper Lane in Sandown on three counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images and four counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of possessing and sharing the images from an LG cellphone via Snapchat on May 11, 2022, in Sandown.
