Shaheen to Campaign for Hollingworth in Hampton Thursday
The U.S. senator and former N.H. governor will speak at the Old Salt in support of Bev Hollingworth's bid for State Senate.

U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) will campaign in support of State Senate candidate Bev Hollingworth in her bid for the District 24 seat on Thursday November 1, 2012 at an event in Hampton.

Shaheen and Hollingworth will appear at a gathering at the Old Salt Restaurant, 490 Lafayette Road, Hampton from 1:30 to 3:00pm on Thursday where Senator Shaheen will speak about her longtime relationship with Bev and Bev’s record as a bipartisan leader.
"I am very pleased that Senator Jeanne Shaheen is taking time out of her busy schedule to campaign in support of my bid to return to the New Hampshire State Senate as your Senator in District 24," said Hollingworth. "Senator Shaheen and I have been friends and worked together for a long time and she better than most can attest to my record as a bipartisan leader."

U.S. Senator Shaheen served in the NH State Senate with Hollingworth and then worked with Hollingworth when she served as New Hampshire’s Governor and Hollingworth served as State Senate President.
Hollingworth is seeking to return to the New Hampshire State Senate in the district representing the towns of Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, New Castle, Newton, North Hampton, Rye, Seabrook, South Hampton, and Stratham.
"If you give me your vote and your support I work on your behalf to ensure that New Hampshire thrives and prospers for future generations," said Hollingworth.
