Sheriffs Arrest Maine Man on Numerous Drug Charges
Plus, CT man allegedly fails to appear at theft charge and Mass. men arrested on drug, driving charges.

The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office:
Victor D. Brown, 55, of Earle Street in Hartford, CT, was arrested on Nov. 18, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge.

Robert D. Morlang, 27, of Beaver Road in Strafford, was arrested on Nov. 18, as a fugitive from justice in Maine.
Clinton W. Fournier, 42, of Swamp Road in Durham, ME, was arrested on Nov. 17, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a possession of heroin charge, and also for possession of cocaine, possession of suboxone, and failure to appear at a possession of marijuana charge.

Lisa M. Constine, 46, of Old Antrim Road in Stoddard, was arrested on Nov. 16, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an operating while being a habitual offender.
Steven W. Grant, 32, of Walker Road in Andover, MA, was arrested on Nov. 16, for VOP on an original charge of forged script (Adderall).
George A. Cole, 21, of Allen Road in Tewksbury, MA, was arrested on Nov. 16, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a reckless conduct charge, two motor vehicle counts.
