Stiles' Bill to Honor 101st Airborne Division Screaming Eagles
The 101st Airborne Division Screaming Eagles Highway would begin (or end) in Hampton.

A bipartisan group of legislators wants to name part of Route 101 after the 101st Airborne Division Screaming Eagles.
The bill, whose sponsors include Sen. Nancy Stiles (R-Hampton) and Rep. Frederick Rice (R-Hampton), would name Route 101 from the junction of Ocean
Boulevard in Hampton, through the city of Manchester to the Bedford town line, as the 101st Airborne Division Screaming Eagles Highway to honor all New Hampshire veterans who served with the 101st Airborne Division.
The Senate Transportation Committee will hold a public hearing on the bill on Tuesday, Jan. 15, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 103 of the Legislative Office Building.
