Tai Chi for Daily Living, Learn to Move in the Flow
Sometimes called "Meditation in Motion", the ancient art of Tai Chi has many benefits for all ages.

Tai Chi for Daily Living Class will be held Tuesdays at 10 am at Seacoast Academy of Music, Centennial Hall,105 Post Rd, North Hampton, NH. Classes start March 3 and run for 8 weeks.
Sometimes called “Meditation in Motion”, the ancient art of Tai Chi has many benefits for all ages. This weekly class is geared to those who want to improve their health, balance, coordination and flexibility. Many medical studies prove that the slow controlled and relaxed movements in Tai Chi can help reduce pain, lower blood pressure and greatly reduce falls. Tai chi is also beneficial for people with early stage of Parkinson’s Disease, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and many other conditions.
We will learn a simple series of flowing movements with focus on weight transference, deep breathing and proper alignment of the body. No Floor work!! All ages welcome. First class is complimentary to try. You don’t have to be a resident of N. Hampton to attend.

Marsha Carr, a certified Tai chi instructor with over 18 years of experience, leads this fun group with patience and compassion.
