Teens, Others Arrested On Drug, Alcohol Charges: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Marcus Rushing, 20, of Long Beach, NY, was charged at 10:16 p.m. on June 25, 2017, for unlawful possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Ocean Gaming at Hampton Beach on Ocean Boulevard.

Kyla Dube, 31, of Lawrence, MA, was charged at 8:24 p.m. on June 25, 2017, for open container at the state main beach at F Street and Ocean Boulevard.

Raul Muniz, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. on June 25, 2017, on a bench warrant. Also arrested was Hassaan S. Rana, 19, of Elmont, NY, for possession of a controlled drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor. They were arrested after a traffic stop on Ashworth Avenue.

Rick M. Quiles, 48, of Cranston, RI, received a summons at 11:24 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for sale, possession and/or display of fireworks at the state main beach on I Street and Ocean Boulevard.

Vanessa Gargan, 35, of Pittsfield, MA, and Christina M. Tremblay, 35, also of Pittsfield, MA, were arrested at 9:28 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs after a traffic stop on Ashworth Avenue and Brown Avenue.

Stephanie M. Petrello, 29, of New Britain, CT, and Cheryl A. Petrello, 51, of East Hartford, CT, were arrested at 6:41 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for open container. They were arrested on Ocean Boulevard.

Jamie N. Marsland, 20, of Fremont, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. on June 23, 2017, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Also charged was Abraham T. Scully, 22, of Kingston, for prohibited sales; alcohol beverages. They were charged at the state main beach on F Street.

Xavier Aybar, 23, of Worcester, MA, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on June 22, 2017, for driving under the influence. Marvin F. Bonilla, 25, of Worcester, MA, was also taken into protective custody. Police arrested Aybar after a report of a disorderly conduct incident on Brown Avenue.

Sergio C. Cruz, 20, of Clinton, MA, and Travis Ewen 19, of Lunenberg, MA, both received a summons at 9:26 p.m. on June 21, 2017, for noise from a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.

A 17-year-old was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on June 21, 2017, on disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled drug, resisting arrest or detention, criminal mischief-vandalism, and unlawful possession of alcohol charges at the lifeguard station on B Street.

Jared Lampassi, 33, of Hampton, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on June 20, 2017, for endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest or detention, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Seabury Condos on Landing Road.

A 17-year-old was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on June 19, 2017, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Mrs. Mitchell’s Country Shoppe on Ocean Boulevard.
