Texas Woman, Derry Man Indicted on Negligent Homicide Charges: Roundup
Plus, Seabrook man who allegedly assaulted corrections officer and an alleged Manchester accomplice to robbery, also indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court in March.
Ricky Brodeur, 43, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for felony accomplice to robbery. On Sept. 6, 2016, he allegedly aided Pedro Jiminez in stealing a Dewalt from the Lowe’s in Salem by driving the getaway car.

Katherine Saintil-Brown of Rustic Fall Court in Houston, TX, for negligent homicide, criminal neglect of an elder adult, failure to report adult abuse, and, all felonies. In February 2016, she allegedly allowed an elderly woman to lay on the floor of their shared home for multiple days in her own feces and urine which caused her to develop a fatal case of necrotizing fasciitis.
Richard Cahoon, 26, of Farm Lane in Seabrook, for two counts of felony assaults by prisoners. On Dec. 10, 2016, in Seabrook District Court in Brentwood, he allegedly punched and threw hot liquid at a corrections officer.

Kevin Callahan, 63, of Portsmouth Avenue in New Castle, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for allegedly taking unauthorized control of a Dodge van in June 2016, in Newmarket.
Kayla Cannon, 25, of Main Street in Haverhill, MA, for two counts of distribution of a controlled drug-marijuana, on a felony, allegedly on Sept. 6, 2016, in Plaistow.
David Cardona-Medina, 30, of Kendall Road in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 24, 2015, in Salem.
Orlando Carrero, 34, of Green Street in Somersworth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, with intent to distribute allegedly on Sept. 1, 2016, in Greenland.
Kailah M. Carroll, 25, of Strawberry Hill Road in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 25, 2016, in Salem.
Nicholas Caughey, 23, of Central Street in Derry, for two counts of negligent homicide and reckless conduct, all felonies. On July 25, 2016, in Salem, he allegedly caused the death of a man – a passenger in his vehicle – while speeding on I-93 South, leading him to drive off the road and crash into a tree. The indictment alleges that Caughey has consumed marijuana within the previous 24 hours of the crash.
Joseph Chaisson, 28, of Jacobs Well Road in Epping, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 22, 2017, in Salem.
