VINYASA STYLE POWER YOGA begins this SATURDAY!!

Your FIRST class is FREE!!

Join Hampton Rec and certified instructor, Joanne Hernon for our new yoga program, Power Yoga. This Vinyasa style yoga combines a series of flowing postures with rhythmic breathing for an intense body-mind workout.  The emphasis is on strength and flexibility, modifications can be incorporated into any practice to accommodate both beginners and experienced yogis. 

Joanne recognized that the more consistent her yoga practice was, the less frequent her fitness injuries became.  She further realized that she could  challenge and strengthen her body with this practice while quieting her mind and bringing stillness into her life.   You can too!
