Wilmington Mass. Man Arrested Twice In 6 Hours: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Shawn M. Welsh, 36, of Kingston was arrested at 10:18 p.m. on March 26, 2022, on two counts of driving or operating under the influence of drug or liquor, driving after revocation or suspension, and transporting alcoholic beverages. He was arrested at 280 Lafayette Road and taken into protective custody due to his accused intoxication, according to police.

Samantha Elizabeth Fradsham, 30, of Hampton was arrested at 2:26 a.m. on March 26 on a criminal mischief charge. After police were sent to a domestic incident at 19 Ocean Boulevard, she was arrested.

Christopher B. Jackson, 38, of Hampton was arrested at 12:58 p.m. on March 23 on three violation of protective order charges. He was arrested at police headquarters on a warrant service.

Edward John Boggia III, 28, of Wilmington, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on March 21 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Boggia was arrested at 5:32 p.m. on March 21 on disorderly conduct and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an incident at the Patriots Corner Complex on Ocean Boulevard.

Jonathan W. Scheidegger, 27, of Hampton was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on Jan. 9 on driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, reckless operation, conduct after an accident, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after a crash at 887 Ocean Boulevard. Scheidegger was taken into protective custody by police.

Rachel Lynn Naney, 26, of Hicksville, New York, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Jan. 9 on two driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor charges. She was arrested after a traffic stop at Route 101 and Landing Road.

Katelynn M. Gauthier, 36, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on Jan. 7 on a control of premises where controlled drug is kept charge after a domestic incident at Longview Place on Drakeside Road.

Luis Antonio Cruz, 29, of Hampton was arrested at 8:51 a.m. on Jan. 5 on domestic violence and criminal mischief charges. He was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.
