Windham Man Arrested by Rockingham Sheriffs on Rape Charge

Sheriffs arrest Manchester, Salem residents for failure to appear, Plaistow man for VOP, and a Seabrook man for court order violation.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Allison L. Grande, 36, of Weston Road in Manchester, was arrested on March 17, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment on two original counts of shoplifting.

Kimberly A. Farrell, 43, of Walker Street in Manchester, was arrested on March 15, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of conspiracy to commit, controlled drug.

Luis A. Castillo-Baez, 22, of Berkley Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on March 12, 2017, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 5 grams.

Julian E. Azibert, 38, of Lowell Road in Windham, was arrested on March 9, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for aggravated felonious sexual assault.

Jarrod J.J. Pappalardo, 43, of North Broadway in Salem, was arrested on March 9, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft by deception charge.

Seth J. Perkins, 25, of Newton Road in Plaistow, was arrested on March 8, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a theft charge.

Justin E. J. Leighton, 38, of Kimberly Drive in Seabrook, was arrested on March 8, 2017, on an order to arrest for violation of a court order.

Scott A. Lessard, 28, of Henriette Street in Manchester, was arrested on March 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the sentencing of a possession of fentanyl charge.
