Woman Indicted for Threatening to Cut Relative with a Stick

Plus, Merrimack man indicted for forgery, alleged Nashua cocaine dealer indicted, and alleged Milford bank robber indicted.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:

Adam Dallaire, 32, of Caldwell Drive in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug, subsequent (heroin). On July 21, Aug. 20, and Aug. 21, 2015, he allegedly sold the drug in Nashua. He was previously convicted in April 2015 in Hillsborough Superior Court.

Wanda Diaz, 39, of Main Street in Worcester, MA, for felony possession of narcotic drug (heroin and fentanyl), on Sept. 23, 2015, in Nashua.

Michael Differ, 21, of Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl) on Aug. 18, 2015, in Nashua.

Michael Doliber, 20, with a last known address of Brookfield Drive in Merrimack, for two felony counts of forgery. On July 20, and Aug. 20, 2015, he allegedly defrauded a family member of $560 with a TD Bank account in Merrimack.

Cheryl Donlon, 55, of Summer Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. On Oct. 1, 2015, she allegedly shoplifted items from Saks 5th Avenue – including gloves, a handbag, sunglasses, and a wallet – at the mall in Merrimack. She was previously convicted of theft in Nashua District Court in June 2015 and Manchester District Court in April 2014.

Jane Dussault, 19, of Autumn Leaf Drive in Nashua, for two felony counts of possession of controlled drug (buprenorphine and alprazolam) on July 9, 2015, in Nashua.

Denise Ellslager, 35, of Gingras Drive in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking and unsworn falsification. While reportedly acting in concert with Steve Stevens, she allegedly removed more than $1,500 worth of items from Kohl’s on Oct. 13, 2015, in Nashua. When police questioned her, she allegedly gave a false name.

Kim Farrell, 42, of Matthew Road in Hooksett, for felony possession of a controlled drug (methadone) on Sept. 1, 2015, in Nashua.

Jesus Figueroa, 40, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of sale of cocaine on Aug. 19, and Aug. 21, 2015, in Nashua. Figueroa was previously convicted in April 2007.

Sarah Fox, 28, with a last known address as County Farm Road in Dover, for two felony counts of criminal liability for conduct of another theft by unauthorized taking. Sometime between April 18, 2014, and May 9, 2015, she allegedly helped two other access firearms owned by a Pelham man and then aided them in covering up the burglary.

David Dolloff, 39, of Village Lane in Hudson, for three felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, and false report to law enforcement. In 2014, he allegedly had video files of children on his computer. Between March 2003 and March 2008, in both Hudson and Nashua, he allegedly sexually assaulted a girl who was under 16. On Dec. 13, 2014, he allegedly gave false information to a detective, stating it was a relative’s child pornography.

Fahti Galal, 51, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for felony criminal threatening and 11 counts of domestic violence-simple assault for allegedly striking a family member that was under 16. On March 16, 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly pointed a wooden stick at a relative’s throat and stated, “If I swing this fast enough, it would cut you like a knife and you would be dead.” The alleged assaults occurred in August 2014.

Jason B. Haney, 33, of Francestown Road in Bennington, OH, for robbery and falsifying physical evidence. On March 23, 2015, he allegedly robbed the Citizens Bank in Milford and attempted to impede police while in the Xtramart by placing the envelope with money in between merchandise in the store.
