Woman Indicted for Alleged Butcher Knife Threat: Roundup

Plus, Hampton, Derry, Dover, Londonderry, and Maine residents all indicted on drug charges and Atkinson felon indicted on gun charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Alexander Day, 19, of Broadway in Dover, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Sept. 23, 2016, in Portsmouth.

Daniel Demeritt, 39, pictured lower center, of Birch Hill Road in New Durham, for felony habitual offender and false reporting of accidents, allegedly on May 24, 2016, on Route 108 in Newmarket. After a crash, Demeritt allegedly stated that another person was driving and he was a passenger, according to the indictment.

Samantha Rose Donahue, 24, pictured lower right, of Rockingham Road in Derry, for willful concealment due to two priors while released on bail as well as possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, Diazepam, all felonies. On Sept. 20, 2016, she allegedly stole shirts and candles from Walmart in Derry.

Brian Dooley, 39, of Lisette Drive in Salem, for felony robbery and attempted theft by unauthorized taking, allegedly on June 17, 2016, in Plaistow at Market Basket involving four cases of Red Bull.

Joanne Doore, 51, of Lowell Road in Salem, for tampering with witnesses and informants, reckless conduct, criminal threatening, all felonies, as well as criminal trespass. On Aug. 2, 2016, on Lowell Road in Salem, she allegedly held a butcher knife against a man’s throat and threatened to cut his head off. On Sept. 2, 2016, she allegedly attempted to induce or otherwise cause the victim to withhold testimony by telling him it would be “best for him” if he didn’t show up in court, according to the indictment.

Brandice Dotolo, 34, of Dodge Road in Phillips, ME, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, heroin, and driving or operating under the influence of drugs, allegedly on Sept. 7, 2016, on I-95 in Portsmouth.

Roddy Dumont, 39, pictured lower left, of Oakridge Drive in Londonderry, for sale of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, a felony, as well as resisting arrest or detention, allegedly on May 3, 2016, in Londonderry.

Michael Duquette, 35, of Winnacunnet Road in Hampton, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, allegedly on Sept. 17, 2016, in Portsmouth.

Randal Durant, 52, of Willow Vale in Atkinson, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felony. On Jan. 28, 2016, in Atkinson, he was allegedly in possession or control of a handgun after being convicted of burglary in December 2987 in Osweo County Court in New York.
